Looking back through my month of things I wanted to blog about but never got around to, I came across footage from the guinea pig visit. I’ll be honest with you, Internet, this footage is far from being edge-of-your-seat exciting, but I used to take a lot of footage of the kids – just snippets of our every day life – and lately they have been complaining that I don’t do that as much anymore.
I also use this blog as a way of remembering how we fill our days. I wouldn’t want to forget the time I agreed to take home the class guinea pig for the weekend despite the fact that I had six out-of-towners coming for an extended visit. Who doesn’t love wood shavings all over the hallway?
Unexpected bonus: The kids ate a bunch of celery and carrots. Hmmm, is there a pet that cleans its room and does its own laundry? If so, I’ll host that pet next weekend!
